Smalltell Creates Initiative with 2x Gold Medalist & U.S. Soccer Legend Aly Wagner

In addition to her decorated soccer career as a 2x Olympic Gold Medalist, Aly Wagner continues to make waves in the sports broadcasting world as she became the first woman to announce a men’s match during the 2018 World Cup. Needless to say, this is a big deal, and Smalltell is extremely excited to work with Aly on her digital media strategy as she continues to break new ground in the Beautiful Game.

Check out her coverage on, as the publication named her in their “Badass 50 List” for the month of February:

U.S. Soccer Hall of Famer Eric Wynalda Signs Letter of Intent with Smalltell

As the player to score the very first goal in MLS history, Eric Wynalda is no stranger to the spotlight. He was among the first Americans to play in the top European leagues and was inducted into the U.S. Soccer Hall of Fame in 2004.

Wynalda now hosts his own SiriusXM show called Wynalda Talks Football / WTF, and makes regular appearances on Fox Sports as an analyst and broadcaster, where his televised commentary holds weight and gravity in the international soccer community.

Smalltell and Wynalda have signed a comprehensive LOI that lays out the plans to use the suite of Smalltell technologies to power a digital media property to enhance Wynalda’s broadcast capabilities. In addition, the team is looking at new business models for player recruitment and development and have aligned with numerous entities in the soccer world in order to scale such services.

Additional details will be shared as the project develops.
